Our Process

  1. Meet your dedicated Project Manager
  2. Discuss the material, details and designs
  3. Project Manager will provide an estimated budget onsite for the majority of projects otherwise you will receive a formal estimate within a couple of days of your meeting.
  4. Once all designs are approved and signed off on we will begin production of your awning project.
  5. Next up is installation of your project

    a. Our Customer Service Department will contact you the week before installation to confirm the date.

    i. If there are particular details that need to be done prior to installation such as electrical work we will remind you at this time to be sure that all work on your building is taken care of prior to our installation crew arriving.

    b. Installation- our professional installation crew will arrive and begin installation of your project. In most cases you will not need to be present during installation so if you have somewhere else to be, we won’t take you away from your busy schedule.
