Tensile Structures are Unique

A Tensile structure is a construction of elements carrying only tension and no compression or bending.
Tensile structures are architecturally unique designs that can be used for a variety of purposes, such as providing additional shade and a unique aesthetic appeal.
The final shape of a tensile structure will depend on:
- Shape, or pattern, of the fabric
- The geometry of the supporting structures (such as masts, cables, ring beams, etc.)
- The pretension applied to the fabric or its supporting structure
